1. Eligibility and research-use restriction

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. Products are offered only for qualified laboratory, analytical, educational, or research use. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of disease. You are responsible for determining whether purchase, possession, storage, handling, and use are lawful and appropriate in your jurisdiction and institution.

2. Accounts and information

Catalog access may require an account. You agree to provide current, accurate information, protect account credentials, and promptly notify Customer Support of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law.

3. Catalog information and research content

We work to keep product names, strengths, prices, inventory, images, documentation status, and delivery estimates accurate. Typographical, technical, availability, or pricing errors may occur. Research articles and linked literature are provided for general scientific orientation. They are not protocols, medical advice, dosing guidance, or promises of a particular result.

4. Orders, pricing, and verification

An order is an offer to purchase and is not accepted until payment is authorized and the order is accepted for fulfillment. We may decline, limit, hold, or cancel an order for inventory, pricing, compliance, fraud-prevention, address-verification, or legal reasons. If a canceled order was charged, the affected amount will be refunded. Automatic volume pricing applies per exact product and strength: 3–5 vials save 5%, 6–9 save 7%, 10–19 save 10%, and 20 or more save 12%. Sale pricing does not stack with volume pricing.

5. Payment and taxes

You authorize the displayed order total, including applicable shipping and taxes, to be charged to the payment method selected at checkout. Available payment methods are those shown at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and agree to respond to reasonable verification requests.

6. Shipping, risk, and address accuracy

Standard estimated delivery is 2–7 business days unless a different estimate is shown before purchase. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, or address corrections. You are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable address and reviewing it before checkout. Title and risk of loss transfer only as provided by applicable law; nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Inspection, storage, and handling

Inspect the package and labels on arrival. Keep research materials secured from unauthorized access and follow the product, batch, safety, and storage records available for the item. General website guidance does not replace product-specific documentation or an institution’s safety procedures.

8. Refunds and returns

The Refund & Returns Policy is incorporated into these Terms. It explains reporting windows, unopened-return eligibility, damaged or incorrect orders, cancellations, and approved refunds.

9. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the site or products unlawfully; misrepresent identity, qualifications, or intended use; interfere with site security; scrape or copy protected content at scale; attempt an unauthorized transaction; or use Research Arsenal materials to make unsupported medical or regulatory claims.

10. Intellectual property

The Research Arsenal name, visual identity, original product images, site design, and original editorial content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Limited personal or internal-research viewing does not transfer ownership or grant a right to republish the materials.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Research outcomes depend on experimental design, handling, methods, materials, and conditions outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Research Arsenal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability or customer rights that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

12. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms prospectively by publishing a revised effective date. The Terms in effect when an order is placed govern that order unless a change is required by law. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted.

13. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Florida, without overriding nonwaivable consumer protections. We have intentionally not added a mandatory-arbitration or class-action waiver without attorney review.
